Moments ago, he committed to one of them.Carter announced his commitment to Georgia on Twitter this afternoon. He chose the Bulldogs over Alabama and Clemson.When your final three schools are likely to be the top three programs in the polls entering the 2019 season, you’re doing pretty well for yourself. He is one of eight four-stars currently committed to Kirby Smart and company.Georgia also holds commitments from five-star linebacker Mekhail Sherman and five-star offensive lineman Broderick Jones.
